On my birthday, Patrick and I, we have chosen to stay at Deluxe Suite of Sukhothai Hotel and wow it was wonderful. Though I really enjoy sleek and modern architecture my heart lays with rich cultural and classic design. You can already tell that there is something special about this place by looking at it. Most luxury hotels in Bangkok are skyscraper materials but Sukhothai is low rising labyrinthine complex surrounded by green trees and lotus ponds, adding that secret sanctuary vibe in the bustling City of Angels. Perfect touch of Thai and superb service awaits your visit.

Though I take my sleep seriously, I wouldn’t mind getting up before the sun just to witness a moment like this. Golden sunrise among cotton candy sky. Still pinching myself, the scenery is just like a dream!

We are thankful for being alive and for always getting to come back to a place like this. Life is short and we are all only here for limited period of time so enjoy it every minute you can! Treat yourself with vacation like this.

Six Senses Yao Noi will always have my heart. And I am not afraid to say that this is most definitely one of the best resort in Thailand. Wish you were here with us. xx

Cruising in Koh Hong with Six Senses Yao Noi

If you have been following us on Instagram you already knew that we back to Six Senses Yao Noi again. Could you blame me? They have such perfect location and killer view of the absolutely stunning James Bond made famous limestone isles of Phang Nga Bay as their backdrop. You all know how obsess I am with that view. Just a quick update from our superb excursion with them to Koh Hong, which means “the room” in Thai. I don’t think I need to tell you why they named it that way! The picture says it all, it is literally a lagoon in the middle of the ocean surrounded by limestone mountains. Can you spot us cruising on the stylish long tail boat with Six Senses Yao Noi. A quick check in from Banyan Tree Bangkok. I absolutely love the view of Bangkok Bokeh Skyline from here. Giving me that “City of Light” vibe.
