“Welcome Back Home” the gentle voices echoed. We looked up and encountered with heartfelt smiles and grins upon the faces of Six Senses Yao Noi team whom warmly welcomed us as we stepped into their private jetty. Among those was my super GEM (Guest Experience Manager) from my previous stay “Pee Kawee” who is now promoted to Assistant Manager but still insist on coming to see us upon arrival and through out our entire (magical) stay.
